I was treated with care and found the service very helpful. I found it easy to talk to my care team and was comfortable in the environment. She listened to me and discussed the right paths to the next step and referred.
No need for any improvement. ?

Patient is unable to complete this is to upset Family member is doing this instead.
The Mental Health Liaison Nurse was fantastic Listened, showed empathy, gave direction and support. We arrived in A+E in a crisis and was seen very quickly
A domestic violence referral was made and medication was arranged
The service was fantastic

Treatment was good as expected. Doctor was a rude ignorant imbecile whose clowning around upset the patient!
